As the Executive Director of Residential Management for The Cordish Companies, Marnie is responsible for overseeing the property management, lifestyle amenity implementation, and lease-ups for their rapidly growing portfolio. Marnie has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry spanning across the country, including new construction, acquisitions, affordable housing, student and senior housing. Marnie is a National Apartment Association Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, a Certified Apartment Manager, holds her Missouri Real Estate License and is an NAAIE Faculty Member.
